Overview
Ryan Ramczyk (RAM-check) took the scenic route to becoming one of the top offensive lineman in an NFL draft. Following High School, he decided to take a year off from football. He spent a semester at Madison Area Technical College followed by another semester Mid-State Technical College.

Strengths
Quick first step. Very athletic. Outstanding football intelligence. Played through injury pushing surgery back until the end of his career at Wisconsin. Held his own against stiff competition; Arden Key, Sam Hubbard and Taco Charlton. Does a good job against both speed and power rushers.

Weaknesses
Skinny frame and short arms for a tackle. Had arthroscopic surgery on torn labrum in hip after the Cotton Bowl in 2016.

Summary
Ryan Ramczyk has the ability to become a starting left tackle in the NFL for 10 plus years. Although Ramczyk is more athletic than brawler, he is scheme versatile and should start early in his career. He should be the first tackle taken off the board.
