Led the Cowboys to a perfect 10-0 record until losing the last 3 games of the 2015 season. Fractured a bone in his right foot during week 11 loss to Baylor (45-35).

Had a strong junior campaign. Threw for 4,091 yards (63% completion rate), with 28 passing touchdowns against only 4 interceptions. Led the Cowboys to a 10-3 record, including a victory in the Valero Alamo Bowl against Colorado (38-8).

NFL Comparison
Peyton Manning

Arrow is pointing upwards; improving every year. Very intelligent player who studies the game of football. Is a very accurate passer on deep throws. Has a nice touch-pass. Is very calm under pressure. Usually finds the hot route and gets the ball out quickly. Exceptional college production. Prototypical height and weight for the position.

Needs to feel the pressure from the blindside better. Has average athletic ability. Average footwork. Had surgery on right foot (2015) to repair small fracture.

Mason Rudolph can make throws that WOW everyone. Continues to improve on his accuracy every year, and has come a long way since 2014 when accuracy was very inconsistent. Needs to improve his footwork and fine-tune his overall throwing mechanics to become even more consistent.

He will work out at the combine. However, a sprained foot kept him from participating at the Senior Bowl. Tanner Lee, happily took his place. Mason Rudolph, could become someone who rises as the draft process moves along. He should get a phone call somewhere in the first round.
