NFL Comparison
Lavonte David

Best Position Fit
WILL 34 / WILL 43

Strengths
Explosive first step. Does an excellent job timing his blitzes and fighting his way through trash in route to the quarterback and ball carrier. Quickly closes space in the pocket to the quarterback. Does a great job pursuing runners outside the tackle and winning with angles. Has excellent sideline to sideline speed. Mentally tough, with desire and will to win.

Weaknesses
Doesn’t always wrap up the ball carrier and finish the tackle. Teams can have success running straight at him.

Summary
Roquan has all the tools to become a 3-down linebacker at the next level. Wins with his athleticism and not so much with power. Roquan is more physically athletic than physically imposing. I think his skill set is a perfect fit for a WILL in either the 34 or 43. He should come off the board in the top 15 picks.
